Q:Why do you call yourself latinabarbie?
A: It's a nickname I've had for a long time!
People on the
net know me as that name, my mom even calls me latinabarbie! LOL
Also, my aunt's name is Barbara, so I have a right to use that name! ;)

Q:Do you ever go on chat? If so which ones?
A:Yea I chat mostly on AIM. I used to
use Yahoo messenger or ICQ but not anymore. when I chat I usually
chat with close friends or people I know. I don't have time enough
as it is to chat with them so I try to keep the chat time minimal.

Q:Why do you ignore me when I say hi to
you on Yahoo Pager, ICQ or AIM?
A:This is a question I get all
the time, I feel really terrible when I get messages from people and
I just don't have time to respond. I used to respond to everybody
but It's really hard to work and try to respond to everybody at the
same time. Then people start asking questions and once again another
night and no work
done. And what's worse is that once I do say hi, and explain that
I am busy, they continue to try to chat, and then I don't want to
be rude but It's like please let me get my work done!!! I've even
gotten in arguments before with people when I would tell them I couldn't
talk then they'll reply with "You're always too busy to chat"
or "I knew you were conceided." :( I wish I could respond
to everybody but it gets overwhelming sometimes and I feel terrible,
but I just don't respond anymore. Don't get me wrong I do respond
sometimes, but there are many times that I will just keep on working.

Q:Why don't you just turn AIM
off?
A:Because I like to see who's online.
I have many personal friends that use AIM. Plus why must I have to
turn aim off if I don't want to chat with everybody? I use it for
other things other than casual chat.

Q:What is the purpose of this site?
A:It is a personal web site, pretend
that you are going into somebody's tripod or GeoCities homepage,
except in my case it is a domain. I love to see what other people
in the world are about, so therefore
I thought hey, I'll make my own site too and entertain people with
things that I like and things that they like as well. My main purpose
though is to teach myself web design. If you have seen my site since
when it first started as a homepage at wbs, then you would notice
the huge difference. I have decided that I want to be a Web Designer
And I feel that this is a great way to learn what I want to do as
my career. I take great enjoyment in designing my site. I've done
a couple of others as well. And the work I do and the results that
come out of my hard work are a reward in itself. I know my site
does not look all uniform and professional YET. But stick with me
and in time you will be amazed at what latinabarbie.com will become.

Q:Why haven't you replied to the e-mail
that I sent you?
A:Honestly, I don't have any time to
respond to emails. I don't check my email as often as I use to, I
do read all of my emails, but I simply do not have time to respond
to the dozens of emails I receive daily from all of you guys. I love
getting email! I love all the comments I receive, so please don't
think I don't care about what you have to say. Trust me, your voice
is heard! Just please do not get your feelings hurt because I don't
reply, it's not because I didn't read your email or because I didn't
care to write back, it's simply because I don't have time!

A:I am going to be a graphics/web designer

Q:Why do you have so many pictures of yourself,
are you conceited or something?
A:No I am not conceited. I think of myself
as an average looking Latina. Just cause "barbie" is in my handle,
it does not mean I think I look Like one, it has nothing do with barbie's
at all. My aunt's name is Barbara, barbie is short for that name.
I've had the nickname for some time now. Sometimes I wish I had a
different handle because people automatically assume I am saying that
"look at me, I think I am all that!"- wrong. I do not think I am all
that. As far as The pictures, People keep E-mailing me asking to see
more, so I give them more. Girls as for fine guys, I try my hardest
to find some cute Muñecos If enough people ask for one thing,
I will get it. That is The case with my pictures. After all, it is
my personal Website I can put as many as I want!

A:No they can hook themselves up. I am
not cupid. Besides, they are not looking for men on The Internet.
Neither am I. This is just for fun, they put their profiles up to
represent, not to hook up.

A:Only a couple of The girls have computers,
so I have to print their mail out for them. They read The mail, but
it's a small chance you will get a reply. Sorry :(

A:Yes I do! Just read my journal. I don't
get much sleep though :( *yawn*

A:Nope. It is non-profit. "Imagine

A:I am currently involved in a serious
relationship. I love my boyfriend very much. So please, don't write
me giving me your number or asking me to go out with you. I won't
reply. Even if I didn't have a boyfriend, I am not interested in dating
absolute strangers I know nothing about.

Q:How long did it take you to make this
site?
A:3 months to get it online. But I had
a homepage since Nov97, I first started with a WBS page, then I got
GeoCities, then AngelFire, Tripod. I reserved the Domain Name back
I think in Sept98...But I didn't have a computer(don't ask)...Then
I got a computer in late Dec. and started working on the site from
scratch and in Mid March I got it online. There is still so much I
have planned for this site. I'm not even half way done!!!
